You’re gonna die.

Don’t worry, so am I. We all are. Some of us will do it faster than others. If you make excuses for how you live your life, you’re winning the worst race possible.

“…you’re literally risking life and limb, every day, just to make excuses.”

According to the World Health Organization, we’re ballooning up. We are getting fatter, and have been since the 1970s. There is a very good chance that you’re one of the 1.9 Billion (with a B) adults who are overweight or obese.

This means that you’re more likely to have sleep apnea, which means you can die while sleeping. And even if you don’t die, the quality of your sleep suffers.

You’re more likely to get Type Two Diabetes, which can leave you metabolically unhealthy for life (in the form of not being able to produce insulin properly), can require amputation of various body parts, and can even make you go blind.

And don’t get me started on the heart disease.

The point is, you’re literally risking life and limb, every day, just to make excuses. You would rather die than fix the problem.

“No I wouldn’t!”

Don’t bullshit me. You’ve been doing it until now. You’ve given up on your health.

But I haven’t. I know you can fix it. How do I know? Because I did, and I can point to countless others who have.

You don’t need some fancy diet, stupid expensive products, or any bullshit. You need advice and guidance from somebody who dumped the excuses.

You need me:

If you’re still riding the excuse train, but want to find out where to get off, join my mailing list:
You’ll get a peek at how I tackle food, how I got to where I was, and how I got to where I am.

Or you can ride that train to the end of the track. Trust me, dying from obesity ain’t pretty.
